frequently asked questions
This is likely right for you if you’re a senior leader, founder, or CEO who doesn’t need more theory - you need space, challenge, and a trusted partner to think clearly and lead decisively.
You might be:
- In a period of growth, transition, or reinvention
- Navigating people or board dynamics that are draining your energy
- Facing decisions that matter, but struggling to find clarity or conviction
- Feeling the weight of leadership without the usual spark or direction.
- Aware that something has to change - and ready to take it seriously
This is not for you if you’re looking for a quick fix, a motivational pep talk, or someone to nod along.
I’ll ask better questions than you’re used to - sometimes uncomfortable ones, often beautiful ones - and help you get to the truth beneath the surface.
And while the work is centred around your leadership, we won’t pretend your personal life doesn’t affect the whole. Many of the most valuable insights come from the parts we don’t talk about at work.
If you value depth over noise, and you’re willing to do the work - we’ll get on well.
If you’re nodding as you read this, that’s your sign. Let’s talk.
I work with CEOs, founders, and senior executives who are navigating complex challenges, growth, or moments of personal and professional transition. My clients lead multi-million or multi-billion pound organisations across industries and geographies - from the UK and Europe to the Middle East, North America, and beyond.
They are ambitious, purpose-driven, and self-aware. They want to increase their impact without burning out. I partner with them through the big decisions and the big moments - offering trusted counsel, strategic clarity, and deep personal support when it matters most.
To ensure every engagement receives my full attention, I work with a limited number of clients at any one time.
If that sounds like you, we should talk.
Most of the leaders I work with are carrying a lot - responsibility, expectation, complexity. They often feel stuck in the noise, pulled in different directions, or a step removed from the purpose that used to drive them.
The challenges vary, but they tend to sound like this:
- “There’s a big decision I need to make, but I’m not clear.”
- “I can feel the culture shifting, and not in a good way.”
- “I’m leading change, but the team isn’t coming with me.”
- “I’m exhausted - and I still can’t switch off.”
- “I know something’s off, but I can’t put my finger on it.”
One of the questions I often ask is: “What £100K decision are you working on this week?”
Not just to understand the decision - but to understand you. What’s making it heavy? What are you carrying into it? What’s the cost if you get it wrong?
This isn’t surface-level coaching. I work with the person behind the role - the one making the call, absorbing the pressure, trying to stay true to themselves while holding everything else together.
My role is to create space, bring clarity, and help you get back to what matters - so you can lead with focus, energy, and conviction.
If you’re facing a decision or dynamic like this, get in touch.
Most engagements run over a 12-month period. That time gives us space to build trust, create momentum, and work beyond surface-level change.
Many of my clients have worked with me over several years - through different roles, life phases, and turning points. At different times, we focus on different things: strategic clarity, personal resilience, leadership challenges, or what comes next.
We typically begin in person. Wherever possible, I’ll travel to you - so we can connect in a fully synchronous, human way. It sets the tone for the work to come.
From there, we follow a steady rhythm: a weekly 45-minute call, usually remote. There’s no heavy prep required, but you do need to come ready to name what you want to focus on. That clarity makes the session powerful.
Each call starts with celebration and ends with a committed action - something to observe, a question to ask, a decision to follow through on, or a conversation to have.
You’ll also have private access to me via WhatsApp between calls. When something unexpected hits, when you need a second pair of eyes, or when the pressure lands - I’m there.
Our calls will be planned on Zoom so they can be added to your calendar and you can hold the space you need for the change and support you’ve invested in. Zoom also tends to work across all of the countries I have clients in.
Some weeks will be full-on. Others, you may need to switch off. That’s fine - and part of the point. Many of my clients find that some of our best conversations happen when they’re away from the day-to-day, and finally have the headspace to reflect on what really matters.
This is a working partnership, built to move with the rhythm of your life - not add more noise to it.
If this rhythm feels like it would support you, reach out and let’s explore the fit.
This isn’t life coaching. And it’s not a strategy deck delivered from the sidelines.
I work as a trusted partner - someone who understands the pressure of making high-stakes decisions, leading through uncertainty, and carrying the weight of responsibility. I bring together the discipline of coaching and the commercial edge of executive experience.
You can expect me to challenge your thinking and your process - always constructively, but never from a subordinate position. I’m not here to flatter or to fix. I’m here to help you lead with clarity, strength, and conviction.
We’ll look at the business challenges, yes - but also at what’s underneath: your energy, intent, and alignment.
It’s a space to think out loud, test ideas, sense-check decisions, and tune back into what really matters. The result? More impact, less noise - and a leadership style that feels authentic and sustainable.
If you’re ready for a different kind of partnership, let’s begin the conversation.
Let’s be honest - you probably clicked this one first. And that’s completely fair.
The work I do is a serious investment - of time, trust, and resource. Most clients engage with me over a 12-month period, and that commitment typically starts from £50,000. Some retain me on a more intensive basis, which is priced accordingly.
This isn’t a cost to absorb - it’s a commitment to change. Previous clients have reported more than 10x return on investment, simply through the clarity, confidence, and speed with which they’ve made high-stakes decisions, restructured businesses, or shifted the trajectory of their personal and professional lives.
And while the investment is clear, so is the cost of doing nothing. Indecision, inaction, and stagnation don’t stay neutral - they compound. Left unchecked, they create friction, missed opportunities, and a version of leadership that quietly erodes over time.
If we agree to work together, I’ll lay everything out clearly - no surprises, no hidden extras. This is a high-trust partnership, and that begins with transparency.
If you’re ready to invest in your clarity, energy, and leadership - I’ll meet you there.
I primarily work one-to-one with CEOs, founders, and senior executives - but I also support executive teams, either as a whole or through targeted work with key individuals.
This might involve:
- Team offsites or strategy sessions
- Coaching for direct reports who are stepping up or struggling
- Supporting cultural alignment or leadership transitions
- Acting as a trusted sounding board across the wider senior team
These engagements are always bespoke -and always grounded in real-world leadership, not generic team development theory.
If you’re considering whether your wider team could benefit from this level of support, we can explore the right structure together.
If you need support that scales beyond just you - let’s talk about what’s possible.
Yes. I work with clients across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, North America, and beyond.
The work is designed to travel well -sessions are held over Zoom, and I offer direct access via WhatsApp in between. We’ll find regular times to meet that align with our time zones, and use WhatsApp to stay in touch when time differences make live conversation less immediate - with the intention to reply quickly when you need it most.
Wherever possible, I’ll travel to meet you at the start of the engagement. That in-person connection sets the tone for the work - and helps us connect in a way that technology can’t replicate.
If you’re leading from somewhere else in the world - I can meet you there.
Yes - completely.
Everything we discuss is treated with absolute discretion. I’ve held the highest levels of security clearance during my military career, and that standard of confidentiality continues in my work today. I’ve supported CEOs, founders, public figures, and leaders under scrutiny - all of whom trusted me to hold space for difficult conversations without judgement, breach, or broadcast.
I’m often described as a stealth coach - present when it matters, invisible when it doesn’t. There are no shared case studies, no testimonials without consent, and no behind-the-scenes commentary. Most people won’t know I’m working with you - and that’s exactly how many of my clients prefer it.
This work happens in a private, protected space - so you can speak freely, think clearly, and lead with integrity.
If you value discretion as much as direction, you’ll be in good company.
