Most of my clients find me at a crossroads. Sometimes it’s loud - a business expansion, a board dispute, a significant restructure. Sometimes it’s quiet - a lingering sense that something no longer fits, that they’ve outgrown the life they once wanted.
Either way, they come because they need clarity. Not more noise, not another model or framework, but clarity - and the courage to act on it.
I work with C-suite executives, founders, and non-executive boards who are navigating complexity. Often they’ve already achieved what others would consider success. But something still doesn’t feel aligned. The stakes are high, the scrutiny is constant, and the next move matters. That’s where I come in.
Some people call what I do “coaching.” That’s not wrong, but it’s also not the whole story. What I offer is more strategic, more discreet, and deeply bespoke. I help you think better, lead stronger, and move forward without burning out or compromising who you are.
We might talk about leadership, power, or imposter syndrome. We might redesign an operating model. We might roleplay a board confrontation. We’ll almost certainly talk about identity - not in a naval-gazing way, but because great leadership is always personal before it’s positional.
This work isn’t for everyone. It’s for those who want to go further - and deeper - with someone who’s walked the path, made the tough calls, and knows the terrain. I don’t offer magic bullets or ten-step plans. I offer presence, perspective, and provocation - the kind that unlocks real change.
If you’re in a season of growth, transition, or challenge, and you need a guide who can move with you across strategy, structure, and self - then we may be a good fit.
I deliver this work under the name Clear Cut Leadership, because that’s the aim - not just clearer thinking, but sharper execution and lasting alignment.
